Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p67 ("p67", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at p67.one and all associated services, products, features, and content provided therein.

These Terms apply to all users of the p67 platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who interacts with the platform in any manner. Access to p67 constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether a formal account registration has been completed.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the p67 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms issued by p67 from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion concerned; these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to hold a p67 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your registration and continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of p67, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where your access to p67 is unlawful;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p67 or had a p67 account terminated for cause.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate. p67 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

One registration per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. p67 employs technical and manual controls to detect and prevent duplicate account registration. The creation of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p67 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. p67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify p67 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p67 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

p67 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC for Pakistani nationals);
• A recent selfie photograph for facial verification purposes;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required;
• Additional documentation as requested by the p67 compliance team where necessary.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in account restriction. p67 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and close accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

p67 accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawal figures are displayed in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Deposits & Payments

p67 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at p67's discretion — the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the p67 account cashier section.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, and processing times vary by payment method and are specified within the p67 cashier section. p67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons — are strictly prohibited. p67 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit where third-party funding is suspected, and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed the p67 KYC process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money laundering control measure.

p67 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for amounts below Rs 50,000. Larger amounts may be subject to additional verification and may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to process. Withdrawal processing times are estimates — actual processing times may vary due to payment processor or banking delays outside of p67's control.

p67 reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Delay withdrawal processing where accounts are under investigation for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations;
• Reverse withdrawals back to a player's account balance where the withdrawal cannot be processed through the intended method;
• Apply a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the p67 cashier section.

Winnings arising from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to those bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. Free funds credited as part of a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on p67's sportsbook are subject to the specific sport rules, market rules, and settlement rules applicable to that event and market type. These rules are available within the p67 betting interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the p67 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed. p67 is not responsible for bets that fail to reach our servers due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or system errors resulting in demonstrably wrong pricing — p67 reserves the right to void any affected bets at any time, both before and after settlement. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would immediately recognise it as incorrect.

In-play bets, including live cricket betting on PSL and international matches, are processed in real time. p67 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. In-play bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, even if the market has not yet been suspended, will be voided.

p67 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per account. These limits are specified within the p67 sportsbook and may vary by sport and market type. p67 reserves the right to limit the stakes accepted from any individual account at its discretion without providing a reason.

Casino & Games

All casino games and live dealer games available on p67 Casino are supplied by third-party certified gaming providers. These games are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface display and the game server result, the game server result shall prevail.

p67 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice. p67 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game unavailability.

Malfunction or disconnection during a game session: in the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the game will be resolved based on the gaming software's server records. If the game round cannot be resolved, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. p67 is not responsible for losses caused by player-side connectivity failures.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through p67 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. These terms govern, among other things, the wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted), eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amount, maximum bet per round while wagering is in progress, expiry date, and any game contribution rates.

p67 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a player is found to have exploited a bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, abuse of no-deposit offers, or structured low-risk wagering designed to exploit wagering requirements — p67 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the relevant accounts.

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged in any form.

Responsible Gaming

p67 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits. Same cooling-off policy applies for limit increases.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods of between 24 hours and 6 months at your request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from the p67 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p67 platform and will result in account suspension, termination, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate betting activity or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping in poker;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or manifest pricing mistakes for profit;
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage activity using bonus funds;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the p67 platform for money laundering or any other criminal purpose;
• Accessing the p67 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly unlawful;
• Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with p67's systems, databases, or security infrastructure.

p67 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will share account information where legally required to do so.

Intellectual Property

All content on the p67 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of p67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p67 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the p67 platform without p67's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p67 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the p67 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the p67 platform or any service offered therein;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content or odds information;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any losses arising from events beyond p67's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.

p67's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is the lower amount.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p67's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination

p67 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where p67 reasonably believes that a user has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Upon termination of an account for cause, p67 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is found to have been operated in violation of these Terms, any balance derived from prohibited conduct (including bonus abuse profits or fraudulent deposits) may be forfeited.

Users may close their p67 account at any time by contacting p67 support. Account closure requests are processed within 72 hours. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which p67 holds its operating licence. p67 operates under international gaming licensing standards.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Pakistan is complex and that individual legal positions vary. Each user is solely responsible for assessing and complying with any applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction prior to registering or using the p67 platform. p67 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the p67 platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. Where direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Amendments to These Terms

p67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p67 will notify registered users via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the p67 platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the p67 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the p67 platform and may request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
